I am running ubuntu 9.04 on an intel iMac with an airport extreme card.
I have been running wired ok for a while, and so wanted to see if I could get wireless working. If I can get it working then I could setup ubuntu on a number of wireless laptops.
I have created a wireless Network Connection with the right SSID and WPA2 password etc. Double checked the MAC address for the airport exteme card and all looks ok!!
Hardware drivers says that I have a Broadcom STA wireless driver (activated).
But...
The wireless connection does not appear in Network Manager.
Is there something else I need to do to get wireless working?
Any help would be appreciated thanks!
