ZSNES how to open?

Either im an idiot or im missing somthing simple here. I checkin it in synaptic but I cannot find the program anywhere. Or any info on how to open it. Also where to find a mario rom.

Have you enabled the universe/multiverse? That's where it's at, and iirc, it doesn't put in a menu item either, but in a terminal you should be able to find the executeable in /usr/bin. So "zsnes" in a terminal should be fine and if you wanted to use the menu editor to put in an entry, check the /usr/bin directory, should be labled just "zsnes".

Great thanks for the help got it up and running. You wouldnt know by any chance where I could find a mario rom do you? Looked all over but didnt see any.
