I know there's been lots of issues with iwlwifi but after the install of 9.04 it seemed much better.

I'm using 2.6.28-13 on a dell xps 1530 and I'm starting to get the same problems more frequently again, getting the same dmesg always on load, though it eventually starts to work after a few reboots.
I stopped using 8.04 because of the wifi problems with the card (Intel Wireless WiFi Link 3945ABG)

Is the only cure for this ndiswrapper?
Or should I consider the dell ISO?

I really want to get rid of the vista partitions, but i'm on a laptop and need wifi, is the problem dell hardware or intel?
Thanks
