Firefly Media Server (formerly known as mt-daapd). Works with Rhythmbox and iTunes. Simply as sudo apt-get install mt-daapd, then make a few changes to the config file.

Hi
To DJ I use DJ Console from http://www.onlymeok.nildram.co.uk/ and to stream I use a shoutcast server hosted on my own server.

Shoutcast is available for linux right? You can still use it as your server.
