Morning,
Ive just moved from CentOS5 over to my nice new shiny ubuntu 8.04, and I would like to run a murmur server.
In CentOS normally I would download the tar.gz, unpack it into own home/user directory and with that specific user run the app.
However on Ubuntu, its in the repo, should I simply download and install it via the package manager, then run it as my main admin user account, or same as before create a single murmur user? (I assume the lata)
Best Regards,
