Has anyone been able to get php html_error working properly?
I have downloaded the php documentation and configured php
html_error = On
and set
docref_root = "http://localhost/phpmanual/"
docref_ext =.html
And although the error is displayed in bold (indicating html_error is working, the link to the documentation is not present as in there is no link.
