Hi, I'm trying to install mvpod so I can convert all my videos for use with [well, one of the video-to-iPod solutions available out there for Ubuntu].
I've already added all the repositories and G-whatever key, and downloaded the mvpod-0.0.1.67.tar.gz package from the SourceForge page. Now, my question is,

WHAT THE HECK DO I DO FROM THERE?!?!?!!?

I don't know anything about "Azureus", as the README says,

RUNNING:
1. Extract the contents of this .tar.bz2 file. <-{It was actually a .tar.gz file}
2. Change to the 'azureus' directory where the files were extracted. <-{Huh?}
3. Start Azureus by running the script named 'azureus'; ex. "./azureus" <-{Again, huh?}

I'm fairly new to Ubuntu, so I don't know much about source-code compiling or whatever that advanced stuff is. I don't even think there is a ./azureus directory on my computer, and if there is, I have no idea what it means by "change to the azureus directory where the files were extracted" or how to start Azureus.

Can somebody please help me? I mean, how hard is it to get videos on my iPod in Ubuntu? Shouldn't be THIS much of a hassle... :mad:
