Hello All,
I currently am running Ubuntu Studio version 8.04 and I have been having some issues with Jack, but overall it is minor. My main worry about upgrading to a newer version is that my system will stop working (due to updates).
I have noticed that there were problems with Intrepid and thus I never bothered to update to that version. However, I don't think that there was an Ubuntu-STUDIO version of Intrepid to begin with.
I do notice that there is a version 9.04 (Jaunty) release. But I am curious to what updates were made. Specifically I would like to know if Jack has fully FFADO support now and if using USB audio devices have improved. These were big issues with version 8.04.
So I am curious to hear from those that have tried out Ubuntu Studio 9.04.
Thank You,
Geo
