Good Multimedia Production Programs

I just want to know, what are the best multimedia production programs for Ubuntu? I want programs that are simple like iLife but not lacking features. Does programs like that exist? I know that Ubuntu Studio has a lot of good programs but there are too many.

Sorry I doubt you'll ever find any Linux software as simple and dummy-proof as Apple software. The only thing I can think of is OpenShot Video Editor, which mission is to create a very easy-to-use vid editor. It's being actively developed but not finalized yet.
