Windowed Mode in World of Warcraft

I been trying to find the keybinding in Wow for Windowed mode. I know i can do Apple-M in Mac which it is by default in Wow. But i cant do the same thing for my Ubuntu. I am running Ubuntu 8.10, Wine 1.1.24, Nvidia 180 (Recommended by Ubuntu). It running flawlessly by using OpenGL with no addiontal tweaks. I'm tired of press Esc then click Video, then Click Windowed Mode, click Okay. Then when i want to go back full screen, i have to go through the same process. If there a way to set a keybinding to make it a quick switch of Windowed Mode and Full Screen?

Is there any reason you can't run it in maximized windowed mode?
I guess I'm just not sure why you need it in fullscreen when max windowed is close to the same thing without changing video modes.
