Forum outages?

During the last few days I had several hours where I could not reach ubuntuforums. Did anybody else encounter this, too? Because I suspect my provider has problems (I have problems with my Xbox Live account sometimes, too).

NO it's the forum. Today is the 3rd or 4th night in a row (western european time) that it's been haiving problems.

Although I would suspect that there might be a thread in this already in the Ubuntuforums site discussion (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=48) area... I'm pretty sure I've seen 'downtime' mentiuoned there, you may wanna check it out.

There is already a thread there, They are doing upgrades and some of them are not working as well as far as I know. I think the shutdowns are on purpose to give them clean access to perform work on systems.
