Access xp files from "install inside windows"?

I was having problems defragmenting my xp drive -- specifically, I couldn't "move all the files to the front of the disk" to create a large contiguous piece of the drive -- so I chose the "install inside windows" option for 9.04.

With this option is it possible to access my XP files from Ubuntu?

Nevermind! Stumbled upon it.

If you're wondering the same thing as me (and as new to the game as I am) they're under host in your file system.
