Hi,
I just started playing Medivia using KildClient -the Medievia folks suggest using a specific font (MedSansMono.ttf) which can be downloaded from their page. I have the font downloaded but I'm not sure what to do with it so that KildClient can use it. I tried looking in KildClients folder for a 'fonts' folder but nothing there. Do I simply need to drop the .ttf in a fonts directory? If so -where is it?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
Running Ubuntu 9.04, KildClient 2.7.0

I won't abuse this -one little bump and I'll leave it alone. It's been a week.

make a ".fonts" (mind the dot) folder in your home directory, and drop the font there.

Even when you install the font they tell you to it will not work correctly. Vryce sent me an email and said sometime in the future when they have a ton of money to throw at it they will fix it. Also Linux is binary and windows is not. That is the problem.

As much as I love Medievia. I love Linux more. Sigh. I am trying to figure out how to write or interpret the medievia font. In the meantime I refuse to play Medievia other than logging in to preserve my characters.
