I was wondering why ip proxy sites are ALWAYS updating the proxy list? How come i cant just pick a proxy ip, put it in firefox, and stick with it?.......or can I? Reason i am asking is because whenever i go to a free proxy site it always says things like "last time checked" or "last time updated".
