here are two of my first blender models...
my only problems, when i mapped the city lights to emit, it showed up on the day side.
i do not know how to render atmospheres.

how do you quickly select many verticies for scaling, extruding and deleting?
its really annoying to go through 70 verticies to to make an extrusion.
how do you increase the resolution of the rendered image?
i tried making a glass on a table today, but the carpet in the room looked very flat dull and blurry. im still trying to learn how to do procedural textures.

if you want i will send you the textures i used with these models so you con show me a better verson.

Hey Chips, To select multiple vertices at once, use the B key. One press will give you a box to drag around the vertices you want, press B again and it will switch to a circular selector which you can change the size of using your mouse button scroll wheel and rapidly select multiple vertices, lines, or walls.
