I want to right click a folder/dir from gnome and have a "create .iso from folder/dir" menu entry. This feature would be very handy to have for my virtual machines.

How can I integrate the "mkisofs -r -0 filename.iso /location_of_folder/" into the right click gnome menu?

Thanks!

Gnome - Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy

Don't know about a direct menu entry. But nautilus scripts will give you the option under scripts

Thanks! Nautilus scripts will do it.

run the ISO X nautilus script.
You can download it from http://linux.softpedia.com/progDownload/Nautilus-Scripts-Pack-Download-41620.html

Reference http://g-scripts.sourceforge.net/faq.php for how to install nautilus scripts.

This adds a great amount of power and convenience to my desktop.
