i'm using ubuntu version 9.04

and i'm trying to follow the steps on the page:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/TOR

i tryed to enter the code in the terminal:

deb http://mirror.noreply.org/pub/tor jaunty main


but its says
"bash: deb: command not found"

what do I do?

The code is used to set up a third party repository for apt.
