Hello all

After spending five hours of my life re-installing Vista (crashed after an update) and all associated apps, I have decided to partition my hard drive and use Ubuntu as primary OS.

I have three programs I use on the Vista platform and am looking for something similar which is Ubuntu compliant:

Quicken Basic 2007
Palm Desktop
InfoSafe (password manager for Palm PDA)

Any suggestions?

Hope it has all the replacements you need :D

perhaps saying what the functions of the programs you wish to have, not replacement for random programs, because many of us do not know those programs but might know programs that suit your needs. And also that perhaps the programs you mentioned do more than just the stuff you need, which might make a confusion in the replies you will get.
