Nexuiz randomly crashes

Hi, just got Nexuiz to run in the previous thread:

Now, when I go into a multiplayer game, it will randomly freeze up, and I'll have to manually cut the computer off by holding down the power button.
Is there any way that I can fix this?

Could be the screensaver, disable it. Also, turn off Compiz. I use the Compiz Fusion icon, which is an easy way to switch the window manager from Compiz to Metacity.
