If someone is undecided about tryinf opensource programs and want to keep their Windows and not even boot up Ubuntu live, give them a copy of this:

Open source programs that install and run on Windows. Also, some info about opensource, linux, bsd, etc. Nice project.

Yeah much better to go with the open cd since gnuwin isn't being maintained

I downloaded the latest version of this recently for my wife's office. Seems when you run this cd on a windows computer the first screen has a list of things to select from.
One of which being a link to Ubuntu!! :D

I installed like 30 of those programs on my pc and they kinda screwed it up...
