Reload theme in build

I'm working to build a theme.
In order to see the result how to reload theme for :


1 - gtkrc
2 - metacity
3 - icon


With command line or any tool (not gnome-appearance-properties)

for example reload -> /home/jluc/.themes/Armoniumc/metacity-1/metacity-theme-1.xml

I haven't tried making a theme myself, but isn't that what The Widget Factory is for?

Yes I've the-widget-factory and metacity-theme-viewer.
I'm looking for a way to reload by one clic the active theme when I'm working on metacity and gtkrc files.

In first I need a command to reload a theme.
After I add a short cut in desktop or bar.
