Official name of Ubuntu?

Sorry if this has been posted here before, but what is the official name? Is it Ubuntu or Ubuntu Linux? Same for Kubuntu.

looks like ubuntu, if you go to http://www.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/licensing they do not use the word linux, if ubuntu linux was the offical name you figure that they would use it in the licensing page.

Just a guess.
