xfce send to Workspace 2 not working

After playing with desktop panel workspaces, I found out that the right-click function Send to "another" Workspace function of my desktop is not functioning anymore (i.e.)After a right-click and Send to...>> Workspace 2 (2), title bar at the left taskbar will be gone.

I must have messed up my panel configuration or something. What is the default configuration for workspaces? Can anyone tell me how to fix it , please...

If you switch to workspace 2, can't you see the app there?

I interpret your problem as that you previously had set the task list to show windows from all workspaces. If so, you should be able to reenable this setting by right-clicking on the task list and choosing Properties. There you will have the option Show tasks from all workspaces.
