Hello,
I am fairly new to ubuntu. I am currently using 9.04 and I am having troubles with amarok using my x-fi sound card. I have my onboard sound and the x-fi card itself. However, Ubuntu uses my x-fi card and i've tested it and sound comes out my speakers, but when I go to use amarok it uses my onboard sound and I can hear the music out my headphones. I am trying to get amarok to output through my speakers. I've also noticed that firefox plays videos through my headphones as well and I would like that to output to my x-fi card. I've been searching for quite awhile now and I haven't found a solution to my problem.
