Hi,

I'm in XFCE, and I was wondering how I can set it to use ~ as my desktop, rather than the default ~/Desktop. This was configurable inside gconf in GNOME, can it be done in XFCE/thunar?

of course.! My desktop is didn't work few months ago. I couldn't save and read any file or folder in a desktop. the reason is my ~/Desktop folder is converted to another file type. I donno how. then I changed it to ~/Desktop2.
