I have a 1920 x 1200 monitor. I have it working right in 8.10. I burned a CD with 9.02, but it in the drive, and rebooted.

The installer thinks my screen is about 30-40% wider than it is. So all I can see is the middle 60-70%. All the buttons are off to the sides, as is some of the text. The installer wants to ask me a bunch of questions and get answers, but I can't interact with the computer in that state.

I went to the buttons on the monitor, there is no button to adjust total width, I can just move the screen to the right and left, but not all the way to the edge.

When I decided to give up on the install, the computer refused to eject the CD, said it was in use. I powered down the computer and powered it up again, while furiously pushing the cd eject button, so the cd got ejected before it was read and my system booted with 8.10.
