View Full Version : [ubuntu] Nova T 500 not recognised

Hi there,

I have a Nova T 500 PCI card that works fine under windows. I've just loaded up ubuntu 9.0.4 for the first time and am having problems getting it recognised.

I've followed the instructions here (http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Hauppauge_WinTV_Nova-T_500_PCI) on installing the card but can't see it being picked using dmesg,

Which makes me think that the card isn't being detected at all.

Any help or suggestions gratefully received.
