Quick unsolicited feedback here:
Our company bought a Jackal Pro 2U nearly a year ago, based on compatibility with Ubuntu Server, and the impression of excellent support.
It's running as a web server. To this point we haven't had a single hiccup with the server: it's even faster and more reliable than we had hoped.
We made two minor support inquiries, and everything was handled in a friendly professional manner.
We're running KVM with several virtual machines, and it's just ridiculously fast.
So thanks to all the System 76 guys, for the great hardware, Ubuntu support, and advice in configuration. Couldn't be happier.
