Screenshots in VBox

I'm at home with Linux, but new to the concept of virtualization. I have this doubt. If I install an OS, Fedora 11 to be exact, as a guest in VBox on Ubuntu 9.04, can I take the screenshots during installation? If I can, how do I do it? I want to help a few people around choose a modern distro like Jaunty or Leonidas, so this is towards that.

With -> Applications -> Accessories -> Take Screenshot it is possible. I've just tested it successfully.
