i installed the program.... went well...

after teh installation, i loged in to admin cp then created a user name... then i tryed to access it from the outside world ie..


my.ip.here/~username.here/index.php

and i get error 404 not found

how can i access the user account from a web browser ??

Please explain what do you mean by a "user account" ?

If you mean, "the user account as ehcp user/client, the user will login to panel then do something" then, the user should use loginname and pass to login using only: http://yourip/vhosts/ehcp

if you mean "the domainname, domain home of user that you set up" then, you should go to http://www.domainyousetup.com
the user should be able to see the web page that he upload to server using ftp you provided to him.

if you mean that without need to domain, use should be able to access its files from a browser, then, go to here:
http://yourip/vhosts/ftpusername/domainname.com/httpdocs/
This way, user will be able to see files without having to buy a domain or redirect domain.
