I know how to change the startup apps in Gnome, but is there as easy a fix in KDE?

Hi,

I believe in Kubuntu you have to go to your "~/.kde/Autostart"-folder and add a shortcut to your desired startup applications.

Hope this helps,

I need to edit some services, and start up applications. The best way to describe what I want is to relate it to windows :(. I need something similar to msconfig, and services.msc.. I want to change some things to run manually not automatically any suggestions?? for example I want to run VMware, just not all the time, nor do I want it to start up at boot. Thanks.. I run KDE 3.5 ish, "kubuntu" Debian Linux
