Hello, i just bought Guild Wars this afternoon, I played it under Cedega 5, it works pretty well but I think the performance is alittle bit laggy and hangs for a moment. Is this normal in Guild Wars running in Cedega 5? I don't have Window$ on my box so I cannot test it.
I tried to lower the graphics to the lowest possible but it seems there is no difference between the performance in between medium-high graphic.
I played WoW under Window$ before and it's running smoothly in Medium Graphics.
Specs:
P4 2.0ghz
768RAM (333mhz)
128mb GeForce FX 5200

I wonder if you're system specs are enough to run the game flawlessly..
* Pentium III 1GHz or equivalent
* 512 MB RAM
* ATI Radeon 9000 or GeForce 4 Ti Series with 64MB of video memory
My experience is that the recommended specs are always abit low set. And the extra performance hit you take by running Cedega might just do it I guess.
When checking with Linux-Gamers they recommend you run 1 GB RAM for this game in Cedega.

I think I might buy new Video Card, Nvidia 256mb. I played in other computer and the specs where similar to mine but its performance where not that close.
Other PC: My Pc:
AMD Athlon 2400+ --- P4 2.0ghz
512 Ram 266 --- 768RAM 333
256mb GeForce .... --- 128mb Geforce FX 5200
Windows XP --- Linux + Cedega
Perforance of Other PC is much much better than mine, even in High Graphics.
