i want to participate in TopCoder (http://topcoder.com (http://topcoder.com/)) contests, but i dont know how to submit my code, just paste my function or what?

i have this task:

please HELP! need c++ code, exact as i should submit (just an example)

afaik there are forums at topcoders.. you might wanna ask there how exactly you have to do it.
