loading apparmor module... fail

i recently did a minimal install of ubuntu. i noticed the following line during boot:

loading apparmor module... fail

i haven't touched anything to do with apparmor because i'm not familiar with it. any ideas? i tried reinstalling apparmor thinking that it may be a missing dependency, but that's not the case.

it's not a big deal, it's just that i don't like seeing the red fail line during boot. any help would be much appreciated.

I have the exact same issue with my laptop, only I didn't notice the error until I upgraded from Intrepid to Jaunty. This definitely isn't a pressing issue, but I am curious as to how to resolve it.
