sounds like you need to keep the scores and your boyfriend needs to grow up.

check the `*.scores` files in the `/var/games/` directory

playing games is awesome. being upset because you were beat by a girl is sexist lunacy.

Someone ought to tell the boyfriend to get over his teen angst and realize how lucky he is to have a girlfriend at all with that attitude.
The fact that said ladyfriend is:
kicking his butt at games
doing it on a linux desktop
and looking for a way to hack under the hood
...is the stuff that geekly dreams are made of.
Welcome to the forums, Varla. The boy clearly has no idea how good he has it.

the fact that my wife uses gnu/linux to surf the web is amazing. she actually doesnt mind it. will she play any game? no way. well actually i was playing a gnome game the other day.... er tetravex, she got mildly interested and got some pretty good scores. is that a common occurance, nope.
when i pull out the old nintendo(8 bit) we play dr. mario. its still pretty fun.
