I installed wine and used it to install movie magic screenwriter 2000.
Most of the installation went ok. But every time I try and open it, it asks me if I want red underscore for spell check (meaning that setting isnt sticking) and i get two errors:
Exception EAccessViolaion in module scwriter32.exe at 00039500.
Access violation at address 0043A744. Read of address 00000028.
Exception EAccessViolaion in module scwriter32.exe at 0000FECA. Access violation at address 0043A7E0. Read of address 00000009E.
:interestingly enough. If i drag these errors aside, the program works fine (except the reset of the red underline thing). Its technically still usable since I can make files to the desktop. But I was wondering how I could fix this error. Clicking ok causes the program to shut down.
most recent version of ubuntu on a 2.4 celeron 256 ram laptop.
any ideas on how to fix this?
