ubuntu on dell 5160

New so forgive the simplicity.
Would like to run latest ver. of Ubuntu on Dell 5160 are there any known issues I should look for and can or do you install the Dell OEM drivers from disk after Ubuntu install ?
No other software installed on virgin HDrive.
