It's been a really long while since I last posted, I found my old iMac G4 model with Linux on it as I have learned many things with the power pc version of Linux I would like to know how to put games on it. As I have learned the power pc doesn't reconize the hardware drivers or graphics a card of things the only games that'll work on it are 2-D games now I might be wrong but this is why I'm making this thread can I put Old 2d games on my Kubuntu based mac or just throw this idea away? The only reason I'm. Urious about this is because I've heard people put games that were based on the quake 3 engine on a powerpc and that the only reason I'm wondering if this is possible let me know and I'll tell what old game I'd like on it all my comp onto is on my sig thanks for your help

I really don't know much about what type of game will work but I just install them and try. I do find on my G4 some work and some don't. I have lost some with the upgrades to the next distro and then later got them back. Ppc is not the best game platform in Linux for sure.
