Hi guys I just wondering is there anyone here play wow with intel 965? How many FPS you get (on average and outside building)? I'm only getting 7 fps (and 24 if i were inside small room) making it unplayable. Is there anyway to work this out (pumpin the fps up?), latest driver maybe, or cfg tweak? I already Google this and do everything they say and still the FPS is horrible. Thanks
FYI: Compiz is off. If i booted XP and play wow the fps will be around 50.

Try running in OpenGL mode. If that doesn't work you are likely out of luck as intel is hit and miss on Linux due to hardware/driver issues.

Well unfortunately -opengl doesn't work with 965 express (the color will be funny and the FPS still run around 7-9). Anyone?

The intel drivers don't provide the necessary support to Wine to run programs like WoW.
Nvidia is the only stable option at the moment, ATI drivers are hit and miss.
