Installing a OSX86 in Vbox

Hi,,, I'm trying to install a Mac OSX86 on ubuntu with a Virtual Box. How can I do this? My workstation using an AMD processor and my OS is Ubuntu these are some specifications of my workstation. Thanks a lot.
