Problems with 9.04 on a Dell Inspiron 1525

I got a few problems after reinstalling it.

1) Mic isn't working. It worked for a min in Skype with low volume, but now it isn't.
2) Compiz isn't working.
3) My LG Flatron W2252TQ appears as Unkown and I can't set the max resolution.

Sounds like you have X3100 graphics card. Have you tried installing the proprietary drivers under System -> Administration -> Hardware Drivers?
