Hello together,
i have a problem with my ATI HD4830 (fglrx from repo) on KUbuntu 9.04 (same on 8.04 with newest fglrx driver):
When i connect my Monitor with DVI, it gets turned off in the moment the Xorg starts. When i switch to another terminal (with Ctrl-Alt-FX) and switch back to X-Terminal i see the kdm login screen.
When i use VGA-cable it works.
