search for updated threads?

Hi,

I'm a new user trying to profit from the huge amount of info in this forum; upon login, I would like to search for new&updated threads, but can't find the way to do it.
The various search options I have found list each single post, i.e. if a thread was updated 5 times the searches will report all those 5 posts, while I would like the thread to be flagged as updated and reported only once in the search results.
I have seen this working in similar forums, wonder if this is an option for ubuntuforums as well.

Maybe click New Posts?

well, as I was trying to explain, the "New Posts" button lists all posts, meaning that if a thread was updated with three new posts, the thread is shown three times, one for each post, in the "New Posts" resulting hits.
That is what I noticed and that is why I created this thread.

That's not what my "New Posts" button is doing. Anyone else?Mine either. What I see is that if a thread has (at least) one (or more) new posts in it, then that thread is listed once.

I'm not able to reproduce that behaviour any more, will check further.
