usb drive encryption software

nothing wrong with ubuntu what i am looking
for is som usb encryption software that runs
on ubuntu no truecrypt i used Cypherix (http://www.cypherix.com/prods.htm)when i ran windows
but now i run windows in virtual box and i
am trying to weed all that out i only
run 1 windows software program autocad 2009
and i am trying to get that to run in wine so
any help there would also would be great
