Ok guys, here is what i have. I have a acer aspire one (mini laptop about the size of most portable dvd players) in two to three weeks i want to get a new laptop and a desktop. Since i already have my files on this computer and would be using both of those for the same purpose (depending if i want to sit out on my deck or at my desk)i would need to have the same files available on either computer and always up to date.so i was thinking keep the files on this computer and use a router to connect the three. now my apt building offers free wifi internet so i would need to be connected to two networks at the same time. should i up grade to server on this computer or leave it the same. and the laptop would be connected to both the wireless internet and most of the time the wireless network (can this be done) and the desktop would be conneected to wired network and wireless internet (again can this be done) one thing i know is with windowws i can hook the server up to the internet and the rest up to the server and have the internet go through it. Can i get some advice as to what to do. thank you
