Hi everyone. For the past few weeks, my server has been locking up with a similar message. Sometimes it blames apache, sometimes cron. Looking at kern.log, I see that apache (in this case) gets blocked, and eventually runs out of memory and foobs my server.
Has anyone seen this before, or any idea where I can start lookng? (I couldn't find the rules about pasting largeish log file snips here, so I'm using a pastebin just in case.)

Causes me to hard-reboot every hour or so. (Not that I AM doing this ever hour...but it take about an hour to hose...is my point.)
