I have followed the wiki directions at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBook5-1/Jaunty and my touchpad does work (tapping, right click, scrolling), but for some reason my pointer will randomly freeze in place and I have to depress the touchpad to unfreeze it. This happens all the time, but it happens more frequently when right-clicking and calling up a contextual menu. Sometimes I think this is because my touchpad is overly sensitive (it seems to read input from thin air sometimes) but I can't find any evidence to support that.
