Not enough free disk space

The upgrade needs a total of 15.7M free space on disk '/boot'. Please free at least an additional 439k of disk space on '/boot'. Empty your trash and remove temporary packages of former installations using 'sudo apt-get clean'.

How do I increase my /boot from 32 to lets say 40-50? or better yet what would be the suggested partition size?

HD simple breakdown:

500G free space

XP - 105G
XP2 Storage - 50G
Vista - 105G
Vista2 Storage - 50G
/ - 25G
/boot - 32G
/home - 130'ishG
linux swap - 6G
