icons in panel keep moving

Everytime I log in to my desktop, my panel icons are in a different place, how do I "lock" them so they stay where I put them?

edit, sorry, running kubuntu 9.04 Jaunty.

I had this issue as well..... did and upgrade and all is good.

thats odd, the upgrade (clean install) caused mine....
