I have 3 ubuntu machines at home and want the 2 laptops to be able to access files on the desktop (read and write permissions) Can someone point me to a good tutorial (simple if possible) and how to set this up on the desktop, and then how to access it on the laptops?

Thanks so much!

man exports

And then install the nfs server packages...
